Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you are very happy with your purchase from Bliss Boutique of Muskoka, however if the purchase does not meet your satisfaction we will gladly exchange the garment or issue a store credit.
Returns or exchanges are only offered within 30 days of the online purchase date. As for in store purchases, returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of original purchase date.
All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
All sale merchandise which has been discounted/marked down, intimate apparel and jewellery are final sale and don't qualify for return or store credit.
We do not issue refunds or offer price adjustments.

If you wish to exchange your product you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping. Once we receive the garment, we will exchange it and be more than happy to send it back to you at no cost.
If we make a mistake on our end and ship the wrong item, we will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item for exchange.
All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Bliss Boutique of Muskoka is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products during shipping.
