How does the loyalty rewards program work? 

Start earning points that you can save towards your next purchase! How it works…it’s simple!

1) You earn 1 point for every dollar spent on regularly priced items (before tax). For example, you spend $75 – you earn 75 points

2) Points are redeemed at $2 per 100 points (2%). For example, you accumulate 300 points – you redeem your points and save $6

3) Points are not earned on discounted or sale reduced merchandise

Am I still able to collect points while shopping online instead of in store like usual?

Yes! When you go to check out and enter your information it will match with our point of sale program in store as long as you're using the same email/phone number used for the customer account. 

If you have never shopped with us in person you will automatically be entered to earn points as you check out with your information and will be updated in our online and in person store. 

How do I check and redeem my points?

Unfortunately the customer is unable to see their accumulated points on the website and instead will have to contact the store personally to check their points. Reach us by email at or my phone at (705) 645-2292. As long as its within store hours, we at bliss would be more than happy to check your account manually to see if there are points applicable to your order. 

Once we see there are points applicable we can make your own discount code to use at checkout!

Can I purchase a gift certificate for my sister?

Of course! If you have previously purchased an in store gift certificate they are going to be a little different from the new online gift certificates. If you wish to redeem your old gift certificate purchased in store on an online purchase you will need to contact the store during store hours so we can make a personal discount code for you in the amount of the certificate.

If you are purchasing a new gift certificate online they will come in the form of a product and you check out with your desired amount in the form of the possible variations. Once purchased, the certificates can then be sent to the person of your choosing or to be used yourself next time you're shopping with us online. 

Why are the exchange policies different online from in store?

The online exchange policy happens to be longer to account for shipping delays.

I ordered a size large but want a medium instead, how do I go about exchanging my shirt?

If you are wishing to return an item for an exchange or store credit you will have to purchase a shipping label yourself and send the item back using the return address. Once we receive the item back we can send the size or color you wanted instead or issue you store credit. 

You do not have to pay for the new item to be sent to you, but you do need to pay for the item to be ship back so we can exchange that for you.
